Shipping & Delivery

How quickly will my order ship?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Moore, Oklahoma. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two shipping methods to get your cycling gear to you:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment – perfect when you need gear quickly.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment – great for planned upgrades when you can wait a bit longer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether we can ship to your location. International orders typically take 15-25 business days to arrive after shipment.
How will my delicate bike components be packaged?
We take special care in packaging your order to ensure components arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely packed with appropriate padding and protection, just as we’d want for our own bike parts. Fragile items like lights and computers receive extra protective packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
